Entry Conditions:

– Minimum age 18.

– Government issued photo ID could be required.

– Sober, balanced and exercising commonsense.

– Subject to availabilities of ladies and/ or rooms.

– Within operating hours.

Payments:

– Cash and electronic payments such as EFTPOS, credit cards, debit cards, mobile device or a watch are acceptable payment options.

– PayID, Amex and gift cards are not accepted in this venue.

– Electronic payments attract surcharges such as transaction fee of 1.60%, 0.75% processing fee (both charged by the the EFTPOS machine provider) and a 5% service fee (night shifts, weekends and public holidays) on top of the standard 10% GST.

Room rentals:

– A deposit of $50 for incidentals are required, deposit is refunded upon checkout. 

– Prices are based on 2 guests per room. Extra guests are allowed with an extra charge of $20 per person. Max number per room is 4 persons.

– Clean towels & fresh linen are available. Fair usage commonsense applies.

– Late checkout fees apply. Up to 15 mins $15+GST, 15 up to 30 mins $40+GST, 30 up to 60 mins $99+GST.

– Pets are not allowed.

– Special requests are subject to availability, can not be guaranteed and incur additional charges.

– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

– No refund policy applies, with the exclusion of the $50 incidentals deposit.

– This property is fully licensed.

– This property has an intercom in every room, a 24/7 monitored back to base CCTV Security System, regular guard patrols and an under 4 mins response time by highly trained highly equipped rapid response team and a guard dog.
